Great service as usual

Jerry, my salesman was very informative when showing me the truck i purchased and afterwards spent time with me setting up my OnStar and showing various different functions of the new info screen. Also explained several other interior details of my new trucks interior. It was a very delightful experience.

Jesse was very helpful and we were very impressed with how everything was handled.

Jeri was very easy to work with and made our experience quick and hassle free!

Great people, Easy to deal with

I greatly appreciate the speed of the service and most importantly, the customer service. My questions and concerns we quickly answered and they followed up about a quote for a replacement part within 24 hours. Several other staff members walking through the service center waiting room were polite and asked if I wanted a drink or controls to the TV, but did not attempt any high pressure sales talk like I had experienced at another company's service center. That alone made me feel extreme valued as a customer there and I will be buying Chevy vehicles from now on because I feel like they value me as a customer and what I was there for, not as a potential sales lead to make money off of only.
